Hi, I’m planning to create a simple notepad webpage using PHP.

I’d like to set access limit to 3 times, so that everybody cannot modify notepad abusively. Of course it’s very easy to set the limit on web server like Apache, but my point is that whether I can only set the limit for modifying notepad. Thanks.

I was thinking becoming a System Administrator but all the learning seems to be high so I was wondering if learming msql/php developer will get me a job faster instead?

How long is the learning curve for that?
